We need your support!  We're asking each family to help secure an item for our silent auction

Auction Item Drop Off 

Once you have secured an auction item, please ensure it gets to the Silent Auction Co-chairs in one of the following ways:

  • Send with your student and have them deliver directly to Ms. Reiberg’s theatre room, with indication of who it came from and value of item.

  • Contact the silent auction co-chairs:

    • Drop-off Times:

      • Drop-off to Kelly or Angela at Big Lug Canteen (1435 E 86th St, Indianapolis, IN 46240) at the following times. You can call/text Kelly/Angela at arrival and we can unload from your car or you are welcome to come inside:

        • September 29th 6:00-7:30

        • October 14th 6:00-7:30

      • Drop-off each week on Thursdays 6:00-6:30 outside Door 24.

      • 10/18 during the first hour of Super-Saturday rehearsal (LAST DROP-OFF) -Someone from TOPPS will be in the back of the auditorium.

      • Please be mindful to not send bulky items, high value items or of course, liquor with your student to school and coordinate directly with Kelly or Angela.

Musical Volunteers NEEDED

Check out the Sign Up Genius! There are several pages of sign up options with many open spots such as those highlighted below:

  • Many volunteers needed for this AMAZING show!

  • Help serve or donate snacks and water for late rehearsals

  • Help with set up, serving and cleanup for tech rehearsal meals

  • Box Office help needed for the Saturday shows

  • Sell concessions during intermission

  • Assist with the silent auction close out and delivery of items
