• Many volunteers needed for this AMAZING show!

• Help serve or donate snacks and water for late rehearsals

• Help with set up, serving and cleanup for tech rehearsal meals

• Box Office help needed for the Saturday shows

• Sell concessions during intermission

• Assist with the silent auction close out and delivery of items

• Host the After Party for cast/crew/pit (snacks, water and chaperones will be provided!)

Once you have secured an auction item, please ensure it gets to the Silent Auction Co-chairs in one of the following ways:

• Send with your student and have them deliver directly to Mr. Mitchell’s theatre room or Jared McGowan directly, with indication of who it came from and valuation of item.

  • Drop-off Times:

    • Drop-off to Deb or Kelly at Big Lug Canteen (1435 E 86th St, Indianapolis, IN 46240) at the following times, you can call/text Deb/Kelly at arrival and we can unload from your car or you are welcome to come inside:

      • September 24th 6:30-8:30

      • October 1st 6:30-8:30

      • October 15th 6:30-8:30

    • Drop-off at musical practice on Thursdays each week. Deb or Kelly will be sitting in the back of the auditorium or you can call/text to meet outside

    • 10/19 during the first hour of Super-Saturday rehersal (LAST DROP-OFF) -Emily Williams will be in the back of the auditorium or call/text her at 317-296-9840.

    • Please be mindful to not send bulky items, high value items or of course, liquor with your student to school and coordinate directly with Deb or Kelly.
